  2. Find the casino's concession number, usually shown in the site footer next to the ADM logo
  3. Match the concession code, company name and exact .it domain against the ADM table
  4. Sort or page through the list if searching by concessionaire name
  5. If the domain is not in the table, the site is not authorized for Italy even if it displays an ADM or AAMS logo

Since 10 September 2026 a player who gets no answer or an unsatisfactory one can escalate to ADM through its online complaints portal.

Legal status and tax

Online gambling is legal only through ADM concessions, a regime dating to 2006 and comprehensively reorganized by Legislative Decree 41/2024, which led to the 2025 tender awarding 52 nine-year online concessions at EUR 7 million each, effective 13 November 2025. Gambling advertising has been broadly banned since the 2018 Dignity Decree. Unlicensed sites are blocked by ADM at ISP level.

Online fixed-odds and virtual betting is taxed at 24.5% of GGR and online casino, poker and bingo at 25.5% of GGR following the 2025 Budget Law increases, on top of the 3% annual net-revenue fee attached to the new concessions.
